This Privacy Policy explains how SeerahPod collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services (the “Service”). By using SeerahPod, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Account information: name, username, email address, authentication provider, and account status.

Authentication and security information: password hash (if email login is used), session tokens, login metadata, two-factor authentication status, backup codes, and security event logs.

Usage information: listening activity, track interactions (including liked songs), playlist interactions, search queries, in-app support messages, notification activity, and app preferences.

Device and technical information: app version, device model, OS version, language/region, push token, IP-derived region, and diagnostic logs.

Content information: media metadata and any files you explicitly upload or send through support workflows.

3 Information From Third Parties

If you sign in with Google, we receive limited profile data such as your verified email, Google subject identifier, and basic account profile details needed to authenticate and operate your account.

4 How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

Provide and maintain the Service, including playback, recommendations, offline downloads, account management, and support chat.

Secure accounts and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
