Request Account Deletion
Option 1 · Delete in the app (fastest)
If you still have the SeerahPod app installed and can sign in, you can delete your account and all associated data immediately, without contacting support:
- Open the SeerahPod app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account.
- Tap Delete account under “Manage Account”.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account is deleted right away — there is no waiting period for this method.
Option 2 · Request by email
If you no longer have access to the app or can’t sign in, email us from the address registered to your account and we will verify your identity and delete your account and associated personal data.

Deleting your account removes your profile, authentication credentials, saved preferences, listening history, playlists, and support messages associated with your account.
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, financial/subscription record-keeping, or legal compliance, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Where retention is not required, data is deleted or de-identified.
